ARTELUX® with of its website “ www.artelux.es “ request to the user some personal details. The personal details that the user gives us will be store in a automatic data base, the owner of this database is ARTELUX® and as such, it will be processed with the finality of tender the correct service to the user. The users give this authorization to ARTELUX® in order to include the personal details in the correct files and used it. For realise the things have been agree between the parts. The users authorize the use of these personal details to receive communication by Arteluz, and publicity for any other own way (telephone, fax, letter, mailing or another thematic way) or third part.
The user authorise to ARTELUX® transfer its personal details to link company, direct or indirect relate with ARTELUX®, for use the personal details to send publicity from the own company or other one. The information will be process and store in a ARTELUX® data base, ARTELUX® assume every technical measure, it will be organize the data base and the security that will be guarantee the confidential of the personal details of the user like say in the law “Ley orgánica 15/1999 13th December” and other legislation that could be apply.
ARTELUX® will use cookies while the user connects with the ARTELUX® website. The cookies are associate with an anonymous user and your computer and don’t give us the reference to know the name or surname of the user.
